Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 2 - 2½ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trim excess fat
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ - 1 Tbsp salt
- ½ tsp. dried basil
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried parsley
Preparation
- Place chicken thighs in a large bowl or large plastic resealable bag.
- Combine the spices in a separate bowl and mix together.
- Add olive oil to chicken and toss.
- Add mixed spices to chicken and toss.
- Marinate for 15 minutes to 12 hours.
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Add chicken to grill, reduce heat to medium high.
- Cook 5-7 minutes, without turning, until lightly charred. Flip chicken and continue cooking until chicken is 165°F.
- Remove chicken from grill, cover with foil and allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
